Calorie goal met.
On feet all morning cooking cabbage rolls and meal prepping.
Napped this afternoon.
Still need to stretch!

My roomie made the tomato sauce. It probably added about 20 calores per cabbage roll, but I am happy that he and I actually cooked together. He usually cooks on his own...creations that smell good but I usually can't have.

I'm happy with the taste of these. Lots of leftovers!

You can ship me some of that yumminess! I'm too lazy most days to cook anything for me after cooking for the family. Hope therapy is going good. Just been inputting food this last week. So tired this week. I have been trying to do more time on my sed. bike so that I can get to walking more outside with my skippy.

Forgot to put quinoa (instead of rice). Roomie liked it better. Thanks jc and diana...it was better with the quinoa...better consistency. XOXO

Diana1096: so glad you are riding your bike! Let me know what goals you have and what works for you. Want a pick of you with skippy! Poor Binky-puppy didn't eat most of her dinner last night and didn't touch her breakfast this morning. Finally ate it at 2:30. Didn't walk today, she seemed tired. If she bounces back we won't go to the vet tomorrow. Poor pup!

jcmama777, why don't you try quinoa mixed in foods first? It is a great substitute for rice in things that require it as an ingredient. You won't "taste" it as much and slowly will get used to it. XOXO
