I've now lost 40lbs!!! Which just kind of seems crazy. And although I have had some frustrations lately I have really enjoyed this process and I feel much better physically and emotionally. And I am one pound away from moving from the obese BMI bracket to the overweight one(which I know doesnt mean anything and isnt an accurate representation. But I'm still happy)
79.4 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

40 pounds is fantastic! And going from obese to overweight was a huge deal for me 2 years ago so be happy about it! I am back to the obese category with 5 pounds to go to being "only" overweight. It's motivating.
