Have been eating to the T and on track going to GYM and pickleball 5 days a week, Food BABY seems to be gone, now need to stay FOCUSED and loose the rest before holidays , and I'm DO N OK !!!
102.1 kg Lost so far: 91.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
