There are only 2 sweets I actually crave: ice cream and chocolate. Usually not often.

I had chocolate today and almost ate the whole bar. First time I went over my RDI on FS...and I clocked in at around 2000 calories.

Funny thing is, I probably won't have another chocolate craving for a long time. Hmmm...wonder if Halloween influenced me?

Believe it or not I live across the street from an ice cream parlor. Last time I had ice cream? Well two weeks ago but that's not the point. Chocolate. Out.

Hope you enjoyed every bite! I keep a little chocolate in the house for my occasional craving, but I'll eat one piece by taking about eight tiny bites. Somehow, that usually works for me.

The darker the better for me - releases dopamine. Sometimes you just need a fix!
