Can you believe it, I'm almost in the 150. I cannot believe it. I haven't been logging my food because it's hard to log carnivore, I have been basically eating hamburger a day when I'm good. I hope there are some steaks on sale this week. my new goal is to try to get to the 150 mark by New Year's. I start fitting into my old clothes at about there. keto carnivore on my friends.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 31.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
