A lot of walking around at the Dragstrip today got me down to 222.8! Despite the gigantic plate of lunch meat and cheese my friend Dale gave me!
101.1 kg Lost so far: 46.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
