Yeah I had the same thing. For example, for you, you can see your full chart here: https://www.fatsecret.com/Default.aspx?pa=memh&id=38419118 - - Notice 'how many days below X lbs". For me my max 'days below...' is 174lbs! Not what I want 😒.

I’ve been about 161 for a few weeks basically I also finally started my cycle. 16 days late 🙄😑

I just checked and it’s been about that since the beginning of July. I was actually eating a lot back then. That is why I feel frustrated. But it doesn’t matter. I have a few nice and comfy things to wear on vacation this weekend and when I get back I’ll make a real plan and follow through 😆

@CrashtestDawnie - When you look at your chart you have to compute the :Max days below X lbs" yourself. My point was that the chart allows you to easily see what that is. Basically during the entire time of the chart (one year), find a weight that you were "below" for the greatest period of time.

After a few days of the same basic weight I ate a tiny bit more for a few days then dropped back down again. Worked for me. By tiny bit I mean like 100-200/day. A fun sized candy bar, a slice of cheese or a serving of crackers etc. Good luck!

Setpoints - you either love 'em or hate 'em - mine is never where I want it! But you have a great trip coming up and it doesn't matter what you wear as long as you have FUN FUN FUN!!

😃😃😃 I only have 3 days until my trip!! So excited! But I’m extremely tired lol We’ll probably spend the first day at the MET 😍 out of the heat and slower paced walking 😁

If you like museums, try and get to The museum of Natural History, if any of your kids like science and Dinosaurs they will love it. And if you like art, you have to check out MOMA. That might be hard on your kids attention though! Plus Central Park isn't that far from the Museum of a Natural History. Have a great time!

I vote the gugenheim and the museum of radio and television broadcasting, but i am a weirdo. Also, if you can see your way clear to have a corned beef on rye at a real deli... No, i ask too much of you!! 😮

Thanks for the suggestions!! I’ll only be taking my 17 yr old with me and she likes museums 😃 Unfortunately MOMA is close til October but I do plan to bike ride through Central Park! I’ve never heard of the museum of Radio and a Television but it looks pretty cool! I think my daughter will really like that one. We will be going to the MET (twice), Museum of the American Indian (went last time but gotta see it again), the museum of the city of New York and The New York public library for sure. So we’ll see what else I can fit in 😁

I’m not a big fan of rye but have never tried corned beef... maybe I’ll try it I don’t know though. There are so many places I want to go to! Last time I walked around NYC stuffed to the gills 😂😂😂
