I did okay. Under 1000 Cal but near 70 carbs less 15 dietary fiber. I exercised this morning and did "The housewife" gig. Tomorrow I'm shoveling gravel(more my speed). Have a great night and thanks for checking in on me.

I hope you’re not only eating 1000 calories a day. That’s a very low amount and isn’t good for you!

That count was only to that time. I generally eat between 1200 to 1500 per day. I have a very slow metabolism and intestinal problems, so there are issues. Thank you for the concern🙋😘

@Ksucat...most people look at their daily averages as their calorie number. Everyone has days of eating under or below their RDIs. With an RDI of 1200, eating 1000 isn't that bad.

I wonder if any Keto/LCHF folks can chime in on ways to get those carbs down? Or perhaps, check some of their food diaries.
