Well, I bowled and I screwed up. I ate popcorn and a candy bar. There's always tomorrow.☹️🙏😘

Not too bad. I could justify it. There's a little protein and fiber in popcorn. And if the candy bar had nuts in it there's some protein there! Just get back to business tomorrow and no harm done.

Popcorn is usually a "safe" snack calorie wise. High quantity, lower calorie. Perhaps break half a bar and share the other half next time? It looks like the olives is what did you in today. Were they mixed into your meal or did you eat this stand alone?
