Looked up the 'Dirty Dozen' and the 'Clean Fifteen' online, the foods highest in pesticides and the ones lowest in pollutants. I have been eating organic for awhile but it is more expensive. Those articles are an eyeopener though. If I can only afford a few dollars for food I want the highest quality I can get. 2 lbs to my next goal and 12 lbs to my 2nd next goal so only 22 lbs to final goal! On Wednesday, May 1st I will have been on this journey 1 year. I started at 208 lbs, am 56 lbs down and it felt like a snails pace. But I am now a very happy, energetic 68 year old Grandma who's teaching my granddaughter to ride my motorcycle!! Happy New Year to Me :-D
