Grrr… My stupid ‘friend’ (and mind you I’m using that term loosely this morning) Yoga Girl left my scale out in the bathroom yesterday. It’s starting to make sense why it always takes her so long in there even though she’ll say, “I’m gonna use your bathroom real quick.”

Regardless I tried to bird box it back into the cabinet but blasted #$%#$ innate curiosity pushed me up on the scale. That’s not to say I’m not pleased with the progress. According the FS diet calendar I’d calculated 5lbs based on the deficit this month. Okay, scale tucked safely away and lecture prepared for YG. Back to life. Sorry Liv.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you everyone for your support clicks and nice comments. We're all in this together, right? Onward but hopefully not upward, LOL - *unless your agenda IS to gain weight then I support you too. I'm not going to complain about this but it is a little higher than the calculated expectation. I keep seeing that suggestion that my caloric intake for loss should be 10x my weight and I wonder as I'm usually 800 or so below that if I'm going to regret this later.
