Good morning FS☀️No weigh in today. I'm working on no food fast today so no logging. I have a plan of 2 liquid meals(Atkins) and 3 Gatorade Zeros. The gym at 3pm and a yoga and isometrics session at 8pm. We shall see the scale tomorrow. Have a healthy day 🙋
86.1 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
