Easter Sunday dinner with family, ham (high sodium) and asparagus I prepared myself. As healthy as possible in someone else's home. Filled up on herb tea.
Skipped dessert and the chocolate!!! That was not so easy.
70.4 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love easter lunche! Love it! My family is away so ended up going with my hubby and a couple of friends to a modern pizzeria, had salad and 1 bruschetta as appetizers and a couple slices of pizza and 2 slices of chocolate mousse.😅😅😅 hahaha it turned out fine because all my day is 1500 cal.
