Weight down again. I'll be back at the gym today. I gave someone advice about juggling their exercise around and maybe adding good calories, I took my own advice and lost these last 3lbs. My body confuses me sometimes.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
