I've had a decent week of working out, and my body is responding better than I thought. Nevertheless, my ankle is still swollen due to an accident a year ago, and my back today is sorer than it has been in a month.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Take care. Hoping the swelling goes down quickly in your ankle and your back is better soon.

It seems your body is telling you something. The swelling means your ankle is still recovering, no? Hope you feel better and you're able to workout without pain.
