Tuesday: worked the whole store last night, walked more than usual, but my Fit Bit battery was low, so it didn't record! Oh well, I know I had more than 10,000 steps. Nice to see the scale go down this morning! I did raise my calories yesterday because of my walking, maybe that worked!
86.5 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
