Tuesday: I was working, but walked only 8,613 steps yesterday, 7 floors, 5.76 kms, burning 2,113 calories. I ate 1562 calories. This morning I was 191.8lbs. So close. Hoping to get under 190 soon. Someone on FS suggested that there not be such a huge gap between what I ate and what I burned, so I tried to make sure my calories were up. Today I will most likely get in 10,000 steps.
