Gaining muscle, and I think about 1-2 lb of water weight from yesterday. I ate a lb of steamed shrimp with a heavy coat of Old Bay. I was surprised to see a gain.
73.1 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

Shrimp is delicious, but does cause inflammation / water retention for some.

Old Bay=Sodium....bet they taste great and has you thinking of crabs too.

@Gz9gig, I didn't know that about shrimp! OTOH, the Arthritis Foundation says that scallops are in the same anti-inflammatory category as "salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, anchovies, and other cold-water fish." I think it's because a fair number of people have a mild allergic reaction to shrimp.
