long time since I weighed in to FS!
We went to Maui for 2 weeks the 25th of Jan only to have an Appendectomy 3 days into the trip!
I still walked every day. *.3 mils the day I went to the ER and 1.7 miles starting 6 hours after recovery room then increases every day as tolerated. 🙃
Anyway, all is well now.
77.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
