I am retired since 2011 and I have lost weight (190 to 169) using another calorie counter website. The other website had to many obnoxious popups. So,
here I am. We walk an hour and a half a day over hilly terrain. And I try to do an hour or so of yard or house work a day to up my metabolism in the afternoon. We take about 6 weeks of vacation a year: Tahoe, Monterey, and Japan. Everywhere we go on trips we plan hiking or lots of walking.
