Why do you take Ashwagandha?

Hi, Kathy! I got it to settle me down during weekdays so I could relax and sleep. Cortisol reduction. Haven’t see the results I was looking for and I’m going to finish the bottle and not reorder.

Maybe I was thinking about that at the time, too. I was worried about mine, but I’m in the normal range after being tested.
