Woke at 224.8, down .2 from yesterday. Back to work today. Will probably fast until dinner. UPDATE: OK, what gives? Drank two bottles of water and a Coke Zero at work. Came home at 225.4! Not enough peeing during the day, I guess. Ate 1300 plus calories for dinner. Let's see how tomorrow looks.
