Must. Get. Back. to. Losing. Weight! I am now looking at 25 pounds or so rather than 85 pounds, which is much better, but I think I'm letting my guard down too much.

I wish there was a manual way to add steps to the fitness part of FS, I just started using my Fit Bit again and I would like to be able to just add in the steps I took that day, rather than time walking, which varies over the day. Perhaps I will just record the steps here. On my working days I can get to 10,000 steps, on my off days, not so much!
89.9 kg Lost so far: 30.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
