Finally found my happy zone. The 146-149 lb range seems to be the most comfortable caloric maintenance level (~2250-2400); plenty of food and flexibility without feeling overly-stuffed 👍

In the 6 months since starting to lock in my eating and exercise, I've learned a lot.

Through all the ups and downs, I've gained at least 7 lbs of solid muscle. I'm at a lower BF% than when I'd started and up 15 lbs from July. I should say "I've gained 15 lbs," but I can't wrap my little brain around 2.5 lbs/month gains...

Reality, schmeality... whatever it is it is. I've finally got a little meat on my bones and I'm happy with the progress so far 😊
66.5 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
