Extremely heavy lifting day yesterday. No explanation for the gain except that my chest and arms look puffy, so water must've been clung to for repair.

In any event, woosh incoming by Saturday! 👍

I've been just the opposite, too many dirty carbs. Lifting light and feeling like absolute garbage in the gym. 😞 Cleaning it up again.
