I just completed a full week at 100% of my regular workout routines. That doesn't mean that I maxed them all, but sure came close. In a day or so I will post before and after accident pictures from about April until present. I'm glad I kept off the junk this week.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

MsEra, if you get near 10% bf for a female then I need to follow you. 10-12% is beyond believable. for a man it is good.

I know it’s a high goal but heck I might as well shoot for the stars. Last time I tried to & got to around 15% I became pregnant so I really had to cut back on cutting. @adamevegod1 you seem like a very motivating individual.
