Does anyone else make Carbquik biscuits? I LOVE them. Right now I'm having one with Shrimp/egg salad and half an avocado. Perfect break-fast. I also use them as a base for strawberry shortcake. Yumm.

I’ve not heard of that. Is it a mix or like a canned biscuit?

We use carbquik. There's some controversy with some keto people because it does contain some wheat flour, but it makes delicious pancakes, I don't have celiac, so it's good. Especially now that it's blueberry season!
