I had my annual Red Lobster Feast meal with my SIL last night. It was very good! I wasn't going to record the calories but then I got interested. My day's total was a little over 1000 calories over my "allowed" calories, which I rarely get as high as. We will see how the rest of the week pans out! Today I will go to the gym!

That sets you back about a week. I view calories as money. Where do I want to spend them, and is it worth it? Stay in it.

We'll see. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I get right back on track on the next meal. And I don't stress over it!
