Well hubby thinks I am being obsessive about my weight. My biggest fear is because the weight is falling off like it is that it will creep back. I don't know, maybe because weight has always been an issue at some point in time that I am believing everything I have been told in the past. I have been told that the quicker you lose weight the quicker it comes back if its a rapid weight loss. Any opinions to this theory?

I think at the weight you are at right now, the weight will naturally come off quicker. If you were lighter and losing rapidly and continuously than you should be concerned about a regain. Try to be obsessive about moving physically and not so much about eating. That is just my opinion, it works for me. But when I do eat I do watch the portions.
