doritos binge today, nacho flavour to be exact and coffee binge too. just found out the premade hamburger from dinner had toast wheat crumbs. that will teach me to remember to read labels.

Thanks for adding me. i officially start weight watchers from home on my own tomorrow, but i figure since i have been on it 3 times before and have lost i ought to know what to do. we are getting the treadmill back out so i can visit the evil beasty(haha). maybe on warm days i'll try walking around the neighborhood. my knees really hurt right now though but i can live through the pain i'm sure.

But you are burning a serious amount of calories in a day. Good for you! Worry about that math instead of what you eat (except for the gluten part). You are doing well!
