Woke at 212.2, down 4.2 after Fasting Friday. Had a nice sleep in and then grabbed a kale salad, some eggs, and 90-second keto pancakes at 12:30 pm! Now, what to do with the day? Hope you enjoy your Saturday! UPDATE: Ate pork roast and broccoli for dinner, and finishing St. Patty's Day with a Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey and a piece of Ghirardelli 86 percent chocolate. Irish music playing on the Pandora account. Nice day of eating. Was full until dinner at 8 and now full again. So easy to stay satisfied without carbs ravaging my blood sugar! Got a late weigh-in of 211.8, but was surprisingly dehydrated (took Lasix).
