I must say I am surprised at how hugely disappointed I am that I did not lose at least a pound. So disappointed I might even go and get my other scale from my daughter because I am blaming the scale. So sad. Maybe it was the salt in the frozen dinner I had last night, I always forget to drink a lot of water when I eat those. Gonna drink a lot of water today, get my food set up for the week, and see if I can get my friend to go to the gym with me later.
Can't believe I feel so bad about this.
Not going to let this ruin my weekend activity plan, but I am not as enthusiastic as I usually am.

The more weight u have lost the harder it gets to loose weight...it gets harder cause ur body gets used to that “lifestyle “ so u gotta twick it a little...but u can also give it another week? N if u exercise u can be building muscle

Don't feel too bad about it. I expected a loss this morning. Ate the same thing both Thursday and Friday (had a bigger hot chocolate on Friday), was under 1000 calories both days and stopped eating by 2pm. Stepped on the scale this morning and was surprised it wasn't at least the same as before, but was up .7 pounds! I know that won't last, so won't change today. Don't mean to be indelicate, but one thing I've found since I eat so much less than I used to, is I am not regular, not constipated, just don't need to go and that makes a big difference. Instead of being a once a day person, it's now every 2 to 3 days. So I don't really expect to see a loss during that time.

Remember you are in this for the "long haul and there will be steps up, down, and even sideways!! Look back at your overall progress and try not to dwell on the day-by-day activity. (I know, easier said than done!!) Hang in there, you can do it!!!!

Thanks everybody! I didn't gain and it's true I have exercise every day not just a couple of times a week. We missed the dance because of weather - that was 600 calories not burned, didn't do any other cardio, all of it matters. Looking at the long haul and better success ahead!

For me I've noticed salt-heavy food can make me gain up to a pound overnight sometimes. It's OK to be disappointed - hang in there!

Frozen foods are loaded with sodium and a lot of junk ingredients.

Don't worry about the little fluctuations, Abbadabba. They happen to all of us, often with no explanation.
