Woke at 214.2, down .6 from yesterday. Interesting and gratifying that I lost a bit of weight on each of my bigger calorie days this week. I am starting my 'Fasting Fridays' today. Just coffee, water, and tea (plus my supplements). I'll break the fast tomorrow at lunchtime. I plan to do this each week going forward. Going to speak at an auto racing museum near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, tomorrow, so I am not sure what food options there will be. I will try to get some meal prep done on Sunday so that I have some good protein choices for the following week. Happy Friday! UPDATE: Fasted all day except for coffee, water, and supplements. Got hungry at 3:30 pm but it passed. Most noticeable was low body temperature. I was cold all day. I also had a little brain fog. Another interesting thing is that my resting heart rate went from its usual 47-49 beats per minute to 53 bpm today, although I didn't do that much exercise. Will be interesting to see what happens overnight. I'll measure blood ketones in the morning.

Bill, Planning ahead works great!!! Sometimes makes my life a lot easier !!! I would have loved to hear you speak about drag racing, When I was younger went many, many times, now it seems it is all about the $$$$ just not the same to me !!!
