(FOR JANUARY 25TH) I’ve GOT to get myself together on journaling on the RIGHT days! Anyway, as far as Exercise goes, for the past three days, I’ve done VERY well. Tuesday: 2,827 calories burned. Wednesday: 3,080. Thursday (yesterday): 3,024. Those aren’t counting Resting and Sleeping, which were basically ALL I was doing (except a little cooking and keeping up with the dishes) before then. Today, however, I’m going to be hard-pressed to get much Exercise in. Yesterday was very hard, because my right knee (the one I had the Partial Knee Replacement) in was hurting VERY badly all day, causing me to limp around the whole day. Because of limping all day yesterday, my left HIP is in a LOT of pain today. No wonder I’ve NEVER liked exercise!
