(FOR JANUARY 23) - Well, nothing went as planned after 10:30am yesterday, which is when my daughter started BEGGING me to come and pick up my grandson so she could sleep. After battle-texting with her for 30 minutes, I finally conceded, and ended up keeping him for 6 hours. During that time, we spent 1-1/2 hours grocery shopping, and 1hr 15min driving. 1-1/2 hour was spent napping with him. So, the other two hours, while I was chasing a 2-year-old around the house, I added into my Cleaning category, because it’s about the same exertion level. (There ought to be a special Exercise category for watching 2-year olds!) All told, I ended up 2,827 hours of EXERCISE yesterday! That’s a record for me so far in this Challenge.

(BEGIN JANUARY 24) - Of course, today, everything is hurting, back, both knees – so it will be more challenging to be as productive today, but I’m going to give it a go. Still have LOTS of birthday presents to wrap (having a combined party for Jack (my grandson), Chip (my 30yo son) and Alan (my husband) next week. PLUS, I still have 3 loads of clean laundry to fold, the bottom of that pantry to clean, and LOTS of cooking I need to do! Here’s to a productive day!
