Woke at 219.0, down 4.2 from yesterday. Flushed out a lot of water. Targeting 1898 calories today. Won't get a chance to weigh in tonight as we are going out and staying over. Hit 218.4 later in the morning as the senna tea worked its magic. UPDATE: Slimming tea and coffee had me running this morning and was very effective in getting out the water and waste. Down to 217.0 before a late lunch -- lowest in a while. Last day of the month and last day targeting 2100 per day on average. Taking it down to 1830 for October. Will not get a chance to weigh in later, so this is it for today. UPDATE: Had a great time at the party. Ate a little extra so over on calories but kept it at keto level carbs. Final September numbers below.

Just started this App to help with weight loss, I’ve used other ones before and did pretty well. My gym coach recommend this one so i’m Gonna give it a try.
