My assistant and my consultant have each been on major diets since October - one lost 46 pounds and the other lost 58. Hadn't seen them since months ago, so when I saw them yesterday I was almost shocked at the two of them being so much smaller. I have to get back on track! I guess I inspired them, because I lost 25 pounds between last July and last October. Then I fell off the wagon and have been slowly gaining back the weight. Going to the gym today to work out so I won't be embarrassed when I go to the trainer on Friday.
