Woke st 207.0, down .4 from yesterday. Somewhat disappointed as I expected 205-206 but the weight will do what it wants. UPDATE: Ate OK on calories. A few too many carbs but all veggies and other good stuff. No bread or starches. Weighed 209.4 coming in the door. Got 3.4 miles in but had to work until 1:30 am and didn't get in the rest of my steps. Tomorrow’s another day!

you know lilke i do..down is good even if its only tenths at times...way to go even if its not as much as you expected...never can guess on how much will come off from one day to the next..you think you have it figured out...an the body decides to play tricks on you...lol
