PREPPING FOR WEEK..good monday morning...spent sunday morning prepping ahead for the upcoming week..started off by throwing stuff together to make the keto muffins i have started prepping ahead for the week..make 6 or 12..just depends on my mood..lol..bake em up an then put in covered container in fridge..take em out as needed an nuke up to warm them up...only way to go..then had to do fat bombs of course..then after all that..made a salad for lunch..well my lunch is usually about 930am or 10am..as im up an moving at 330am..

after my lunch..i decided to cut grass cause i thought it was gonna rain today...guess what ..rain is later in the week..could of waited another day or two an grass might of been drier..o well..its done now..then after i cut grass...i usually soak up some sun for an hour or so..just my way or relaxing..an sweating out more toxins that need to leave...

didnt ride yesterday..took day off...was so nice outside..kept thinking of going for a ride..but..took day off...another nice day today so weather man says...only 50 right now an chilly...

plan today is get a ride in..probably inside..was lookin at last years calendars that i keep..was june before i started riding outside..didnt think to look at temps on the days ..as i keep that as well..so i can look back if i want to see what days i rode and what temp was outside..

well coffee is gone...chicken in crock smellin up the house..mmmmmm goood....fat bombs in freezer..and its time to GET UP AN MOVE...

lets go..lets go..i did a 25 mile ride in zwift..an never heard a pep outta you..where was you..didnt see you along the road side sayin come on..lets go..lol..
