Woke at 209.0, up 5.0 after a lazy, big eating Easter Sunday. Will fast until at least noon today. Will take a few days to lose this five pounds of water weight! UPDATE: Fasted until 12:30 and then had a big lunch and a big dinner at 6:30 with no snacks (nuts shown were from after midnight last night). Hit macros pretty well except for a lot of carbs from an avocado, the nuts, and a huge plate of green beans at dinner (43 carbs, 23 net). I want my veggies but they are definitely blowing my carb macros. Got five miles in and a great calorie burn. Been drinking tons of water so hopefully will force some of the glycogen out of the fat cells by tomorrow.

No Worries, The Day After Easter weigh in is kind of like the day after Thanksgiving Weigh in ;), You will be back on track in no Time, Plus your only 4 pounds off from Maintenance weight of 205!! :)

We ate a nice dinner but it included mashed potatoes. Eek! Oh ... and the ears off a Chocolate Bunny! LOL!

I'm afraid to try sweets. Halo looks so good. I panic when my weight jumps more than 3 lbs, though I know it's just water!!! You'll be back down in a blink. 👍
