Draglist's Journal, 03 Apr 17

Woke at 207.4, up 1.8 from yesterday after another fun day out. Did not go too far off the reservation, but the scale doesn't lie. Will work it off this week. UPDATE: Ate good sized meals today but was very hungry every three hours and ended up eating an extra snack at the end of the day (and hit 2284 calories). Will do coconut oil coffee in the morning and try to fast as long as I can before eating lunch. Hopefully, compressing my eating window will allow me to eat two bigger meals without getting hungry. Was busy at work all day and did not get any walking done.

Hi Bill, I love how you tweak your days to suit your life, just the way it's supposed to be. I'm happy to say I'm back on the low carb train, also being limiting calories as much as I can to get back in the game, curb the carb monster and get control. Happy to say that it's working. I'm not hungry, I'm well fueled, and feeling like myself again. I know some would say I'm no eating enough but I believe there is enough fat on my body to sustain a few low cal days. It's not for life, it's for now. I hope you are doing well with your other non eating health issues. Hugs

Sounds like you've got a good plan.😁 Two big meals ..I would go with that if I could. But I just can't at the moment. Eating just anything is a bonus for me this week 😱
