Woke at 205.6, up .4 from yesterday. Another day out with visiting family today. Including the incredible Elkridge Furnace Inn for brunch. But will go low-carb! That will be hard to do with those amazing pastries they make in house! Enjoy your Sunday! UPDATE: Stayed away from the great pastries at the EFI, but enjoyed steak, sausage, and eggs. Walked around old town Annapolis and passed up all the candy and ice cream shops. Ate at Mike’s on the water for seafood later, and DID eat a baked potato! Wow… that set me back 43 carbs alone! But enjoyed it. OK on calories but up a little bit more in weight before bed. Only walked 3.4 miles but had a very nice visit with Denise’s sister and her husband this weekend.
