Woke at 208.6, down 1.4 from yesterday. Lost some water overnight, but will keep after it this weekend. Still amazed at what one large meal consisting of the wrong ingredients can do. UPDATE: Gorgeous day that got up to 80 degrees. I opened up all the windows and did some spring cleaning and a bit of baking. Got 5.5 miles in as of 7:30. Drinking a lot but still not running to the bathroom, so the water is sticking around. Shucks! Forgot to calculate the nut and seed bread and add it to my total, so I went from 1647 calories to 1946 calories for the day!

We've got doors and windows open - Shirley is sat with a blanket over her knees - but at 95 I think it's allowed.

80? Good heavens! We might have gotten to 70. We sat outside for an hour. I have to get back into the habit of working again. I sat there looking at all the projects I have ahead of me. Yippee! I love working in the yard and garden.
