Woke at 213.8, down 1.4 from yesterday. I get 2370 whopping calories today! UPDATE: Lunch at noon and dinner at 8 pm. Got my five miles of walking in. Weighed in at 209.4 before dinner. Got my shipment of wine from FirstLeaf. Wonderful. (I can send three people three bottles each for a buck a bottle if anyone is interested). Anyway, made a giant cauliflower pizza for dinner. Came out amazing! Ate 2387 calories and macros were OK, if not perfect. Tomorrow scheduled to be a 600 calorie IF day but I have a business lunch so may go over. If so, I will adjust on Saturday. Living large in Maintenance!

Me, too. It's rather disheartening but I can see a trend with myself.... I might have to postpone further wind shipments until I can get the weight off. 6 bottles at one time in my house isn't good. LOL!
