Burger time! Had a wonderful hamburger with a two minute almond flour microwave bun! Worked out great! To make: 25 grams almond flour, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder, and one egg. Mix up in a small plastic bowl and microwave for two minutes. Slice and use!

Bill, you could try 1 1/2 minutes. It will be softer. Might not work in your microwave but that's how long I do my "breads" for.
