Woke at 213.4, down .6 from yesterday. Targeting 1640 calories today. Will get them all at dinner again. Made dinner and packing it up picnic style to eat later. That's because I need to travel to Baltimore to be ready for an early hospital visit tomorrow. Will be hooked up and getting lots of meds and fluids for several hours throughout the day. My plan is to continue my fast through it all. After a month off, I will be starting on meds again and let's see how that affects the water retention. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm and ate my dinner in a downtown hotel room. Ate 100 extra calories as I was not going to put away a partial bag of pork rinds! Body fat popped up by .9 overnight. I think that is more from dehydration than actual gain. Will weigh in again tomorrow night before dinner. NOTE: Going to stop tracking sodium daily as I do not typically adjust my intake based on that. Going to begin tracking both net and total carbs instead. Also dropping the Tanita Physique rating as that never changes.
