Woke at 216.6, down .2 from yesterday. Rehydrated the weight back on. Targeting 2031 calories per day for five days a week with two 600 calorie days to end at 1650 per day average. UPDATE: Weighed 215.6 coming in the door from work. Ate all my fat first and then filled in with protein. Worked great and I nailed my macros until I ate that damned handful of mixed nuts! So 170 calories over that I will have to adjust tomorrow. Just took my last pill (that went with the med drips) so the excess water retention will stop (I hope). Added dandelion root to the daily supplement mix today to aid with that.
