Went out for breakfast today with a friend, to a really nice organic "real food" restaurant. I had something called a "Scrambowl", scrambled eggs, goat cheese, with roasted cherry tomatoes, onions and peppers, on a bed of arugula. With 2 pieces of whole wheat toast. It was very good, but I could only eat half of it! I took the rest home for lunch. I would love it if restaurants were all required to have nutritional values available for their meals - it would make counting so much easier! As it is, I think this breakfast rings in at over 600 calories, so it's good that I'm having half of it for lunch.
