Woke at 214.8, down .4 from yesterday. Fasting until dinner today then will eat an omelet. Targeting 600 calories. UPDATE: Fasted until 5 pm and ate an omelet and a large baby spinach salad. Weighed 213.6 before that. Back to 2070 calories tomorrow.
