Woke at 218.6, up 3.4 from yesterday after a holiday feast day that was within calories but had some dicey choices. Ate some low carb brownies and some potato salad; those probably did it. Up literally five times to move water last night so body is trying to adjust. I also ate five pieces of paleo cranberry bread at lunch as the cranberries started to get moldy after a week (the bread was still fine). Might need to freeze a loaf when I make that. Today is a 600 calorie IF day so will catch up a bit.

I'm in a similar boat Bill, had a hamburger bun and a couple sandwiches over the past couple days, that's all it takes to hang on to the H2O. But the hamburger and BLT's were worth it!
